I’m a Director of Engineering Reliability at Reach Financial, where I spend my days building high-performing teams and transforming engineering organizations. But when I’m not optimizing CI/CD pipelines or diving into DORA metrics, you’ll find me tinkering with homelab infrastructure and exploring new technologies.

With over 10 years in engineering leadership, I’ve led digital transformation initiatives across fintech, edtech, and enterprise platforms. My passion lies in solving complex technical problems and building cultures where teams can do their best work. I specialize in:

Why This Blog
I created this space to document the solutions I build and lessons I learn while working with infrastructure and automation tools. Whether it’s configuring Proxmox VMs, automating deployments with Terraform, or optimizing network configurations, I believe in sharing practical, tested approaches that others can build upon.

Beyond the Terminal
When I’m not in front of a screen, I’m spending time with my family in Burlington, Ontario. Being a husband and father keeps me grounded and reminds me why we build technology in the first place—to make life better and more efficient, so we can focus on what really matters.
